Haven’s meeting rooms are designed for the conversations that move work forward — client calls, team strategy sessions, investor pitches, or a quiet hour of focused collaboration. The boardroom seats up to eight with a 55″ display and wireless screen sharing. The call room is purpose-built for private video calls. Both come with espresso, water, and whiteboard markers so you can walk in and get straight to work.

How do I book a meeting room?
Members can book directly through their member portal. Non-members can reserve by emailing hello@havenworkspace.com or calling (289) 272-5333. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
What is the capacity of each room?
The boardroom comfortably seats 8 people. The call room is designed for one person, ideal for private calls and focused work.
Do I need a membership to use the meeting rooms?
No — meeting rooms are available to non-members on a pay-per-use basis. Members on Full Membership plans receive included meeting room credits each month.
What AV equipment is available?
The boardroom has a 55″ display with HDMI and wireless screen sharing, a whiteboard wall, and power outlets at every seat. Both rooms have high-speed Wi-Fi.
Is there parking for meeting guests?
Yes, free street parking is available directly outside Haven in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. There are also municipal lots within a short walk.
